If you would like to join NDIS, whether it’s for the first time or to add on new services to your existing plan, we can help you get started with this process by assisting you with the application processes. It is an entirely free service at our organisation and doesn’t place any obligation of any kind upon you. Once your NDIS plan is approved, you are free to choose the service provider of your choice.
Plan management is a type of disability service funded through the NDIS. At Aussietruecare, we support participants with budget management and NDIS funded supports administration activities to achieve a participants goals and outcomes. We work alongside the participants to understand the funds available within their plan and provides advice on how to use this fund to achieve their goals and outcomes.
